What You’ll Be Doing
Working under the mentorship of experienced painters to learn professional masking, spraying, and finishing.
Assisting with site setup, clean-up, and ensuring all tools are maintained to company standards.
Developing a “safety-first” mindset on active, high-profile commercial construction sites.
Requirements (Must Have)
The Basics: Valid Legal ID/Driver’s License and Social Security Card.
Reliability: Dependable transportation to reach various job sites across the Denver metro area.
Safety Gear: You must have your own PPE to start (Work boots, white pants, safety glasses, and a hard hat). A company vest will be provided.
Schedule: Ability to be on-site and ready to work for early morning starts (typically 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM).
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly helpful.
The Perks
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour starting rate (increases based on skill progression).
