Safety

Safety isn’t a box we check—it’s our standard.

At Pat’s Painting LLC, safety is more than a checklist; it is the foundation of our culture. We believe that a safe job site is a productive one. Our team takes personal accountability for their own well-being and the safety of everyone on the project. We invest heavily in specialized training to ensure every crew member is prepared for the complexities of a commercial environment.

Our Core Safety Pillars:

  • Ladders Last: We operate with a ladders-last approach—planning safer access first and using ladders only when no better option exists.

  • Certified Leadership: Our Superintendents are OSHA 510 Certified. This advanced certification ensures our leadership possesses an expert-level understanding of OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as construction safety and health principles.
  • MEWP Expertise: Our operators are fully trained and certified in Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs). Whether operating a scissor lift in a tight interior or a boom lift on a high-reach exterior, we prioritize precision and fall protection.

  • Ladder Safety & Selection: Not all heights are equal. Our crew is trained in proper ladder selection and rigorous “three-point contact” usage to ensure OSHA compliance on every level.

  • Hazard Communication (SDS): Knowledge is protection. We stay current on Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every coating and chemical we use, ensuring our team understands the products they handle and how to manage them safely.

  • Respiratory Protection Program: We maintain a comprehensive Respiratory Protection Program, including fit-testing and high-quality PPE, to protect our painters from vapors and particulates in specialized environments.

Safety First. Quality Always.
